Symptom narrative

After receiving the Small Pox Vaccination in my left arm, several days later I developed a temperature of 104 degrees. Dr [name withheld] admitted me to the hospital in [city, state withheld]. I was placed in an oxygen tent to bring the fever down, and notes indicate that the hospital gave me penicillin each day I was there. According to my Mom's notes, the hospital gave me a TB test.

Current illness

None.

Medical history

Learned as an adult, chronic, reactivated Epstein-Barr Virus, Lyme borrelia, babesia, bartonella infections. Exposed to hidden mold and has CIRS - Chronic inflammatory response syndrome.

None

Allergies

None known at time of event. Later in life, developed allergies to penicillin, the z-pack, prednisone, peanuts, hazelnuts, wheat, corn.
