ot vaccines 3 days ago, RA is swollen. he got Tdap and MENQUADFI. LA has a rash, he got HPV. Location: Bilateral; Onset: 3 -7 days; Duration: Acute; Severity: Mild; Quality: Unchanged 11 yo male presenting with mom for concerns of R arm swelling and L arm rash s/p vaccines 3 days ago. Pt received HPV in L arm and Tdap & Menquadfi in R arm. Mom reports she has given APAP and applied peroxide to the injection sites with no relief. Denies fever, dyspnea, N/V/D, exudate or oozing from injection sites. Skin: ABNORMAL inspection: R deltoid skin is taught, edematous, and warm to touch; L deltoid with papular rash. Assessment R upper arm cellulitis L deltoid with papular rash Medications reviewed and discussed with patient/parent. DX 1: L03.113 Cellulitis of right upper limb Plan SKIN INFECTION- cellulitis May take benadryl prn pruritis Cool compress to RA swelling Discussed with pt/family superficial wound infections/skin infections Rx as prescribed: Cephalexin
