an expired dose (01/19/2026) of Boostrix was administered to a new on-boarding employee on 02March2026 by a nurse in the clinical setting; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a patient who received DTPa (Reduced antigen) (Boostrix) (expiry date 19-JAN-2026) for prophylaxis. On 02-MAR-2026, the patient received Boostrix. On 02-MAR-2026, an unknown time after receiving Boostrix, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: an expired dose (01/19/2026) of Boostrix was administered to a new on-boarding employee on 02March2026 by a nurse in the clinical setting).
