Patient was found dead at home on 12/13/25. Cause of death certified as "Probable Complications of Adrenal Insufficiency". Patient reportedly received COVID, Flu, and Pneumovax vaccines on the day she was last known alive (12/9/25). Patient's daughter reported patient had challenges managing adrenal insufficiency following vaccination in the past.
