Symptom narrative

PATIENT RETURNED TO PHARMACY FOUR DAYS POST VACCINATION COMPLAINING OF SHOULDER PAIN, REDNESS, AND BRUISING AT THE INJECTION SITE. PATIENT ALSO STATED THAT THERE IS A HARD KNOT AT THE INJECTION SITE THAT IS WARM TO TOUCH.
