no side effects or symptoms have been reported/ No Additional AE; patient received an expired dose of GARDASIL 9; This spontaneous report was received from a Pharmacist and refers to a 36-year-old male patient. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions, and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 26-Feb-2026, the patient was vaccinated with an expired dose of Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL 9) Suspension for injection (valid lot #1957407, expiration date was reported and confirmed as: 23-Jan-2026), dose number 1 (also reported as initial dose), 0.5 mL administered for prophylaxis (Expired product administered). No side effects or symptoms had been reported/ no Additional AE (no adverse event). No temperatures excursions occurred.
