No adverse event; the first dose of ROTATEQ to a 31 week old.; The physician states that she accidently thought it was the 3rd dose when it was administered.; This spontaneous report was received from medical assistant and refers to a 7-month-old male patient. The patient's medical history, current conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 26-Feb-2026, the patient was vaccinated with first dose of Rotavirus Vaccine, Live, Oral, Pentavalent (ROTATEQ), Oral solution (lot #2190310 who had been verified to be a valid lot #, expiration date validated and reported as 05-MAY-2027) 2 mL administered by Oral route as prophylaxis (product administered to patient of inappropriate age). The physician stated that she accidentally thought it was the 3rd dose when it was administered (product administration error). Confirmed no symptomatic adverse events at this time (no adverse event).
