Menveo 1-Vial administered to patients under 10 years old/fourth dose on 08Aug2025.; Menveo 1-Vial administered to patients under 10 years old/third dose on 23Oct2024; Menveo 1-Vial administered to patients under 10 years old/second dose on 23Aug2024; Menveo 1-Vial administered to patients under 10 years old/ first dose on 20Jun2024,; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 2-year-old male patient who received Men ACWY-CRM NVS (Menveo) for prophylaxis. Co-suspect products included Men ACWY-CRM NVS (Menveo) (batch number 7GF79) for prophylaxis, Men ACWY-CRM NVS (Menveo) (batch number 4293K) for prophylaxis and Men ACWY-CRM NVS (Menveo) (batch number 3275B) for prophylaxis. On 08-AUG-2025, the patient received the 4th dose of Menveo. On 23-OCT-2024, the patient received the 3rd dose of Menveo. On 23-AUG-2024, the patient received the 2nd dose of Menveo. On 20-JUN-2024, the patient received the 1st dose of Menveo. On 20-JUN-2024, not applicable after receiving Menveo, Menveo and Menveo and an unknown time after receiving Menveo, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: Menveo 1-Vial administered to patients under 10 years old/ first dose on 20Jun2024,). On 23-AUG-2024, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: Menveo 1-Vial administered to patients under 10 years old/second dose on 23Aug2024). On 23-OCT-2024, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: Menveo 1-Vial administered to patients under 10 years old/third dose on 23Oct2024). On 08-AUG-2025, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: Menveo 1-Vial administered to patients under 10 years old/fourth dose on 08Aug2025. ). Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date:04-MAR-2026 A registered nurse reported that an infant had received Menveo 1 Vial doses on 20 June 2024 first dose, 23 August 2024 second dose, 23 October 2024 third dose and 8 August 2025 fourth dose. The nurse stated that they had ordered Menveo 2 Vial for the office. No adverse effects were documented.
