Co-suspect products included Men ACWY-CRM NVS (Menveo) (batch number 7GF79) for prophylaxis, Men ACWY-CRM NVS (Menveo) (batch number 4293K) for prophylaxis and Men ACWY-CRM NVS (Menveo) (batch number 3275B) for prophylaxis. On 08-AUG-2025, the patient received the 4th dose of Menveo. On 23-OCT-2024, the patient received the 3rd dose of Menveo. On 23-AUG-2024, the patient received the 2nd dose of Menveo. On 20-JUN-2024, the patient received the 1st dose of Menveo. On 20-JUN-2024, not applicable after receiving Menveo, Menveo and Menveo and an unknown time after receiving Menveo, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: Menveo 1-Vial administered to patients under 10 years old/ first dose on 20Jun2024,).
