Weakness / no energy; This is a spontaneous report received from a Consumer or other non HCP. An 83-year-old male patient received BNT162b2 omi xbb.1.5 (COMIRNATY (2023-2024 FORMULA)), on 25Oct2023 as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) at the age of 83 years for covid-19 immunisation; influenza vaccine (INFLUENZA VACCINE), as dose number unknown for immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: ASTHENIA (non-serious) with onset Oct2023, outcome "not recovered", described as "Weakness / no energy". The event "weakness / no energy" required physician office visit and emergency room visit. Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of asthenia. Additional information: it was reported that the patient has had the weakness since the last COVID shot. The patient is now walking with walker because he is afraid that he will fall and is dependent on it. After the COVID shot on 25Oct2023, the reporter stated it was like side effects of the flu (shot) for both of them, no energy. Her husband (the patient) has better days then she does but he ended up in the emergency room like she did. They gave him some drugs when he went to the emergency room.
