called about Paxlovid... was supposed to start it today for covid; This is a spontaneous report received from a Consumer or other non HCP from medical information team. A 66-year-old female patient received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2 NOS), in 2022 as dose number unknown (booster), single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "Type 2 diabetic" (unspecified if ongoing); "heart arrhythmia" (unspecified if ongoing); "high blood pressure" (unspecified if ongoing). The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. Additional information: Patient was keep getting this questionnaires to her mail regarding the Covid Vaccine that she had back in 2022. To be honest she don't remember any of the dates or anything like that, saya if she don't wish to continue to be contacted to use the contact details below. Additionally, caller mentioned she called about Paxlovid and something like that they were able to issue authorization for that,she was supposed to start it today for covid, if don't get it today then there's no point in me taking it. Patient proceeded with explaining that she remember having been administered the Pfizer's Covid 19 back in 2021 and she still ended up with Covid 19. Got really sick after first shot. Then she went back to get a booster dose and still ended up with Covid 19. She remember having really bad symptoms and ended up needing a transfusion. Pfizer was leaving her with a bad taste in her mouth. No follow-up attempts are possible. Batch/lot number is not provided, and it cannot be obtained.
