An 84-year-old female patient received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2), as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: ASTHENIA (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "Patient had a little weakness". Additional information: She is not sure if her first covid shot was in 2020 or 2021. She does not know how many Pfizer covid shots she has received. Patient had a little weakness, not enough to notice it, it was like after a flu shot when one might feel a little sluggish. Patient states she had this after each of the prior Pfizer covid vaccines except the last one where the symptoms were worse.
