Symptom narrative

Began with headache and foggy brain then worked down his body- Patient went to the ER for treatment. His blood pressure and pulse increased, his arms started feeling heavy, he was having trouble walking and standing. He was sent home that day, but spent the next 2 weeks sitting in a chair at home, still having issues walking. Patient also reported to having thoughts of giving up on life within those 2 weeks. He came into pharmacy to report the reaction on or about 2/26/26 to another pharmacist. Patient returned to pharmacy 3/9/26 to discuss with administering pharmacist
