Symptom narrative

Hives, cough and complaints of "A feeling in my throat". Initially did not have any adverse reaction, did wait in clinic lobby for over ten minutes with mother present. Also went down to gift shop in same building for another 20 minutes afterwards without symptoms. Mother stated on way home in car is when pt complained of skin itching and called. Pt went to Urgent Care as advised and was evaluated and treated.
