Symptom narrative

Fever max of 103.8 F. Swollen left thigh that was extremely painful for him. He was unable to move his leg for 3 days. Now moving the leg normally. Now 2.5 weeks after vaccine, the thigh is still grossly enlarged. The left thigh measures 29 cm and the right thigh measures 26 cm. No mass in the thigh, no signs or symptoms of infection. fever was gone after about 30 hours. The left thigh is now soft and nontender.
