Symptom narrative

The flu shot was administered on August 31, 2025 in the left arm. By September 1, 2025 evening, the muscle was extremely tender and warm to the touch. The pain became more debilitating and the hours passed. The pain because so intense that any pressure on the shoulder caused pain. The pain and cramping has continued now for 6 months with minimal improvement even with treatment.
