Symptom narrative

Patient experienced swelling and "fever" at site of injection, soreness in the shoulder and numbness in her right hand. Patient stated that symptoms have come back with equal intensity several times since the initial injection administration, but each time she is able to treat effectively with NSAIDs. She said that recently the pain in the shoulder and numbness in the fingers has increased, but up until now had just been lingering. She has recently had trouble lifting with the affected shoulder. She states that she did not report the problem sooner because her husband discouraged her reporting it.
