No additional AE; E for PROQUAD that had an excursion on 20-JAN-2026. The caller reports that a dose was administered to patient on 6-MAR-2026.; This Spontaneous report was received from Registered Nurse and referred to a patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's past medications were not reported. The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. On 20-JAN-2026 the 06-Mar-2026, a dose of Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella (Oka-Merck) Virus Vaccine Live lyophilisate and solvent for solution for injection (PROQUAD) Lot Number: Z014409, expiration date: 10-Mar-2027 (strength, dose, dose number, route and anatomical location were not provided) for prophylaxis experienced a temperature excursion and then on 06-MAR-2026, the patient received this improperly stored dose. No adverse events reported.
