Our Patient Was Given The First Dose of Heplisav-B, and It Has Been More Than 4 Months Since That Dose, and The Only Hepatitis B Vaccine That We Have Is Engerix; Initial report received on 26-Feb-2026. A nurse reported that a patient received HEPLISAV-B (hepatitis B vaccine) for hepatitis B immunization but has not yet received the second dose yet. No medical history or concomitant medications were reported. On an unknown date, the patient received dose 1of a hepatitis B vaccine [HEPLISAV-B (lot number, expiration date, NDC number, route, and site not available]. As of the time of report, four months after receiving the first dose, the patient has not yet received their second dose. No other information was available.
