Symptom narrative

Pt started to faint as I finished giving a sub Q YF vaccine to back of left arm...He lost consciousness as i finished giving his sub Q shot Patient started convulsing in the chair. I easily set him down on the floor and propped his head up and his feet with the help of my pharmacy team.. Pt stayed conscious and coherent until the EMT's arrived and had him stand. Pt started to feel week and his BP dropped. EMT's loaded him onto gurney and took him to ambulance.
