Engerix-B pediatric dose given to an adult; Engerix-B pediatric dose given to an adult; 2nd dose received on 02-MAR-2026; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of adult use of a child product in a 24-year-old female patient who received HBV (Engerix B pediatric) (batch number LG749, expiry date 13-SEP-2026) for prophylaxis. Concomitant products included Hepatitis b vaccine rHBsAg (yeast) (Engerix b). On 02-MAR-2026, the patient received the 2nd dose of Engerix B pediatric. On 02-MAR-2026, an unknown time after receiving Engerix B pediatric, the patient experienced adult use of a child product (Verbatim: Engerix-B pediatric dose given to an adult), overdose (Verbatim: Engerix-B pediatric dose given to an adult) and drug dose administration interval too long (Verbatim: 2nd dose received on 02-MAR-2026).
