The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 03-MAR-2026 On 03-MAR-2026, a Medical Assistant called to get guidance with the wrong administration of a Menveo 1 vial shot to a 13-month-old patient. She wanted to know how to proceed and if there were some risks or safety concerned for the patient. She mentioned the patient was not supposed to receive any meningococcal vaccine and that this vaccine was for 10 year and older patients and that was why she called. The batch number was not provided and a request for this information has been made.
