Initial Hep B vaccine givenI M L arm on 3/2/26. Returned to office on 3/5/36 c/o pain no redness or swelling. returned to office on 3/9/26 c/o pain and "hurts to move" L arm noted Temp 101.2 sent to Hospital ER. Found to have abscess went to Hospital admitted has had surgery cultures pending now on antibiotics.
