Seven-month-old patient given HEPLISAV-B. Along with vaccines listed above on 2/10/26. Error noticed on 3/10/26 while patient came back for other vaccines. Father stated patient has had increased constipation, cold symptoms, and a fever within the last few weeks. Otherwise, no changes.
