Symptom narrative

Heart rate down I was told as nurse read heart monitor, started crying the nurse brought water. After a while I left the hospital. Since then until now extreme fatigue, treatment Gabapentin, Naproxen 500 for rupture on right thumb have medical records of this with me. Cetirizine take as needed for allergies. Dr. [name withheld] did not prescribe risperdal this month. Zofran twice for short period of time due to nausea. Still have mild nausea due to shingles.
