Ptosis and diplopia initially. Then also proximal leg weakness.

Lipitor 40 mg daily, Aspirin 81 mg daily

Lab data

He tested positive for myasthenia gravis, had a positive blood test for Acetylcholine-Receptor binding antibodies on 12/29/25. He requires several medications to help with his symptoms, but still doesn't have complete control at this time.
