got really sick from the vaccine; This is a spontaneous report received from a Physician from a sales representative. An 87-year-old female patient (not pregnant) received BNT162b2 omicron (lp.8.1) (COMIRNATY (2025-2026 FORMULA)), on 14Jan2026 as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) at the age of 86 years for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. Vaccination history included: Covid-19 vaccine (DOSE 1; MANUFACTURER UNKNOWN), administration date: Oct2025, for Covid-19 Immunization. The following information was reported: ILLNESS (non-serious) with onset 15Jan2026, outcome "recovered" (23Jan2026), described as "got really sick from the vaccine". Therapeutic measures were not taken as a result of illness. Additional information: The physician told me his mom who had received one covid vaccine in October, went to the pharmacy and they told her per the guidelines she needed another one so she received a second one in January. She is a little lady and 87 years old and got really sick from the vaccine a day later, the patient did not receive any other vaccines on the same date as the vaccine(s) for which you are reporting, the patient did not receive any other vaccines within 4 weeks PRIOR to the vaccine(s) for which you are reporting, It was unknown if the patient taking any other medications within 2 weeks of the event starting.
