An 89-year-old male patient received rsv vaccine prot.subunit pref 2v (ABRYSVO), on 15Oct2025 as dose number unknown, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) at the age of 89 years, in left arm for immunisation. The patient had no relevant medical history. Concomitant medication(s) included: COVID-19 VACCINE taken for covid-19 immunisation, start date: Nov2025, stop date: Nov2025; FLUMAX [CETIRIZINE HYDROCHLORIDE;PARACETAMOL;PHENYLEPHRINE HYDROCHLORIDE] taken for immunisation, start date: Nov2025, stop date: Nov2025. Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of discomfort, nausea. Additional information: Patient calling about Abrysvo. He received the vaccine in Oct2025 and about 3 weeks ago (in Feb2026) he started having nasal congestion, headache that comes and goes, and chest pain when lying down. The frequency of the symptoms varies. It all started about 3 weeks ago and he got concerned and did not know if RSV was a factor and had never had a reaction before and never had a reaction when he got the shot. When he gets uncomfortable at night, it will wake him up, and he takes a TUMS 1000mg and symptoms would disappear. 3 hours later it would start over again and recycle. Sometimes he gets up and gets a glass of water and takes some more TUMS 1000mg. When he gets up around 6am, some symptoms are still there, but when he eats breakfast they disappear, but the recurrence bothers him. He gets potentially nauseous sometimes. He has had his covid shot and Flumax flu shot and that was in Nov2025 and he doesn't get any reaction from those. Height: Shrank a little over time. He has not seen the doctor and said that it is difficult to get a doctor's appointment. His symptoms started around 28Feb2026 and he had nothing before that. After he wakes up from sleeping he mentioned having chest pain. Patient mentioned that he ruled out his heart as he just had a test. Batch/lot number is not provided, and it cannot be obtained.
