A female patient received BNT162b2 omicron (lp.8.1) (COMIRNATY (2025-2026 FORMULA)), as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: SEIZURE (medically significant) with onset 09Mar2026, outcome "unknown", described as "I think I may have suffered a seizer or worse"; ACTIVITIES OF DAILY LIVING DECREASED (non-serious) with onset 09Mar2026, outcome "unknown", described as "I was unable to function for 24 hours"; LOSS OF CONSCIOUSNESS (medically significant) with onset 09Mar2026, outcome "unknown", described as "blacked out"; DIZZINESS (non-serious) with onset 09Mar2026, outcome "unknown", described as "dizzy"; HOT FLUSH (non-serious) with onset 09Mar2026, outcome "unknown", described as "hot flash". Clinical course: Vaccine has ruined the patient life. 3 days ago patient was standing at the top of the stairs talking to her husband when a hot flash came over patient. Patient got dizzy and then blacked out and when patient woke up had lost 2 hours of her life. Patient was unable to function for 24 hours. Patient thought she may have suffered a seizer or worse.
