Symptom narrative

Mother here for second set of vaccines today and reports baby had pain, fussiness and in consolable crying approx. 4-5 days after receiving first dose of vaccines. Mother states baby had US and confirmed intussusception at the Hospitals and clinics. No surgery indicated and child fine today.
