Symptom narrative

Patient had requested the Shingles vaccine and received Varivax. Patient has Lupus and is taking Saphenlo infusions monthly. Now due to this error he cannot get his infusion and will have an interruption of treatment as well as has to take an antiviral drug. These damages will now have to monitored for adverse side effects like a lupus flares since he will not be able to be treated this month for his Lupus infusion
