Patient received a 3rd dose of shingrix on 11/08/2025. Patient had previously completed the shingrix vaccination course back in 2020, receiving the first dose on 09/15/2020 and the second dose on 11/20/2020. Patient reported standard side effects of a sore arm the next day.
