Symptom narrative

The patient received the vaccine intramuscularly in the right arm from a immunized certified technician and then the patient returned to the counter to get his proof of immunization. After printing the form and returning to the counter, the patient had sat down and stated they were not feeling well and they had become increasingly pale. Initial viral signs were assessed and were within normal but the patient requested an ambulance as they felt as if they were going to faint, they vomited, and generally did not feel well. The paramedics were called and they came to the pharmacy to assess and ultimately medically clear the patient. The patient refused transport to the hospital. The patient remained sitting in the waiting room for the next 10-15 minutes and ultimately left on their own accord.
