Symptom narrative

Patient had a syncopal episode immediatly after vaccinations. Possible vagul response. Patient hypotensive, diaphoretic, and pale. Patient was able to recover within 10-15 minutes. Paramedics were called. Patient EKG showed sinus arrythmia. Blood sugar 101. BP was unmeasurable immediately after incident but eventually went up to 80/60, then 90/70. Patient declined to go with paramedics, and was feeling better, color returned, BP improved, able to stand and safely leave clinic with her husband.
