No other AE; 47-year-old male patient who received his first dose of GARDASIL 9 a year ago and did not receive his second and third dose at the recommended time. The patient is receiving his second dose today 10MAR2026; This spontaneous report was received from a pharmacist, concerning a 47-year-old male patient. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. On an unknown date in 2025 (reported as a year ago), the patient was vaccinated with the first dose of Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL®9), (dose, route, lot # and expiration date were not reported). On 10-Mar-2026, vaccinated with the second dose Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL®9), 0.5 mL (route, lot # and expiration date were not reported). Both as prophylaxis. The patient did not receive his second and third dose at the recommended time (Inappropriate schedule in product administration) (10-Mar-2026).
