the patient was given the men b component of Penmenvy but was not given the Mcv4 of Penmenvy; Inappropriate dose of vaccine administered; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via sales rep and described the occurrence of inappropriate preparation of medication in a adult patient who received Men ABCWY NVS (Penmenvy) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included TRUMENBA (received on an unknown date). On an unknown date, the patient received the 1st dose of Penmenvy. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Penmenvy, the patient experienced inappropriate preparation of medication (Verbatim: the patient was given the men b component of Penmenvy but was not given the Mcv4 of Penmenvy) and inappropriate dose of vaccine administered (Verbatim: Inappropriate dose of vaccine administered).
