Co-suspect products included Herpes zoster (Shingles vaccine) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received the 2nd dose of Shingles vaccine and the 1st dose of Shingles vaccine. The patient took the vaccine and after second dose she got the shingles. It got into her eyes and down in her ears. She was hospitalized for over two weeks. The reporter torn on getting itself. The batch number was not provided and unable to contact the reporter.
