Burning sensation in arms; redness, burning sensation in arms; This is a spontaneous report received from an Other HCP from a sales representative. A 36-year-old female patient received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2), as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown), in arm for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: BURNING SENSATION (non-serious) with onset Jun2021, outcome "recovered" (Aug2021), described as "Burning sensation in arms"; ERYTHEMA (non-serious) with onset Jun2021, outcome "recovered" (Aug2021), described as "redness, burning sensation in arms". Therapeutic measures were not taken as a result of burning sensation, erythema. Additional information: Vaccine was administered unknown facility. It was unknown if patient received any other vaccines on the same date as the vaccines. It was unknown if patient received any other vaccines within 4 weeks PRIOR to the vaccine. It was unknown if the patient taking any other medications within 2 weeks of the event starting. Patient reported redness, burning sensation in arms following Dose 1 and Dose 2 of the covid vaccine. Redness and burning lasted for several days. Patient only received two doses of the original formulation of the covid vaccine.
