Patient reported that she was hospitalized for about 2 weeks after getting Prevnar 13 about 6 years ago. She did not remember what led her to the hospital. But because of that, patient is hesistant about getting another pneumoccal vaccine. Date provided is estimated based on the patient's recollection.
