Symptom narrative

Patient started with a blistery rash on 3/4/2026 was taken to the Urgent care and was diagnosed with contact dermatitis, rash worsened and patient was taken to the ER and was again diagnosed with contact dermatitis. Mother followed up with PCP and when identifying what the rash originally appeared as by photos, provider verified that symptoms were consistent with chicken pox.
