Symptom narrative

MMRV and Varicella were inadvertantly administered at the same time. When identified, Merck was contacted to determine expected adverse effects and need to revaccinate. Per Merck (Service Rep:), adverse effects would be those listed in package inserts with no need to revaccinate. Parent, contacted and reported child experienced no adverse effects and went to school without concern.
