Symptom narrative

Fever started Monday night. Tuesdays she had pt take a warm shower and wrapped patient up to sweat it out. Mom states patient woke up fine the following day on Wednesday. Around Wednesday afternoon pt started getting a fever again and experiencing chills. Mom gave pt acetaminophen 7.5 ml at 3 AM Thursday morning. Pt woke up "okay with no fever" according to mom. Around 1:47 PM today pt started up with the fever again and is experiencing chills. Temperature at time of phone call was 100.5 temporal. Phone call was on Thursday 3/12/26 at 3:20 PM.
