Symptom narrative

I regularly receive all recommended vaccinations (incl. 2 in one arm) and have never had an issue. This time, within hours, the site of vaccination on my right arm swelled into a big, hard, red welt. It hurt and itched. No problem in my left arm. I thought maybe the technician had hit a muscle in the wrong place and the swelling would go down. A month later, it had subsided some but was still visible and still hurt and itched on occasion. Because it was the holidays, I didn't seek treatment. Around holiday, the swelling was gone but I developed shooting pains in my right arm (no trigger), emanating in the exact site of vaccination, that have worsened and sometimes reach my shoulder. I sought medical attention on 3 February and was scheduled to have an EMG and Ultrasound at the Hospital on 19 March.
