Symptom narrative

Acute onset chest pain on day 3 after vaccine was given with diaphoresis, left sided chest pain, and elevated troponins. Admitted to the hospital and cardiac cath did not have obstructive CAD and echo showed normal ejection fraction. Pt was discharged on 2/17
