No additional AE; Patient received the first dose in September 2025, and did not receive the 2nd dose until 3/10/2026.; This Spontaneous report was received from a Nurse Practitioner and referred to a female patient in her thirties. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's past medications were not reported. The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. In Sep 2025, the patient was vaccinated with the first dose of Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant Suspension for injection (GARDASIL 9) (0.50 mL, total) Unknown Batch/Lot Number. On 10-Mar-2026, the patient was vaccinated with the second dose of Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant Suspension for injection (GARDASIL 9) (0.50 mL, total) Unknown Batch/Lot Number, as prophylaxis (Inappropriate schedule of product administration). The second dose was administered later than recommended in the prescribing information. No adverse effects were reported. No additional AE (No adverse event).
