Subcutaneous administration of Menveo; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of intramuscular formulation administered by other route in a 11-year-old male patient who received Men ACWY-CRM NVS (Menveo) (batch number HB333, expiry date 31-JAN-2027) for prophylaxis. On 09-MAR-2026, the patient received the 1st dose of Menveo (subcutaneous). On 09-MAR-2026, an unknown time after receiving Menveo, the patient experienced intramuscular formulation administered by other route (Verbatim: Subcutaneous administration of Menveo). The outcome of the intramuscular formulation administered by other route was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 09-MAR-2026 A nurse reported the subcutaneous administration of Menveo to a patient. The nurse stated that was the patient's first dose and requested guidance on whether revaccination would be necessary. The dose was administered on the day of reporting. No further details were provided.
