Symptom narrative

Vaccines were administered at the same time per parents' request. I and another LPN at office gave vaccines simultaneously, patient was upset about vaccines. Patient also had finger stick completed following vaccine administration to test lead and hemoglobin. Approximately 5 to 8 minutes after vaccines were administered and finger tsick was completed, parent approached me outside of room that she thought pt looked pale. I went to assess patient, she was pale in color, sitting on exam table upright, talking clearly. APRN and RN entered room to see patient. Juice given to patient to drink, pt walking in exam room without issue within a minute of my arrival. Color returned to patient's face, patient was cleared to leave office.
