Symptom narrative

This RN called into waiting room due to pt feeling nauseous and dizzy a few minutes after receiving vaccines. Pt instructed to wait an additional 10 minutes past the 15 minutes to make sure she was feeling ok, and given water and instructed to stay sitting until reevaluation. Dr. went out to waiting room to assess pt after waiting the additional 10 minutes. Dr. ok with pt's status and sent pt home with mother.
