The patient's pertinent medical history, concurrent conditions, drug reactions or allergies, and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 05-Mar-2026, Rotavirus Vaccine, Live, Oral, Pentavalent (ROTATEQ), Lot Number Z007664 (Expiration date: 24-Nov-2026), was exposed to a temperature excursion and on this same date, the patient was vaccinated with this improperly stored vaccine, 2 mL, total, (route of administration and dose number in series were not reported) for prophylaxis (Product storage error).
