Symptom narrative

Mom noted at 24 hrs swelling, redness and heat from right thigh. Notified provider via phone call on 3/13/26 of worsening of these symptoms. No systemic fever. NP/provider instructed mom to take child to the local ER for immediate assessment due to significant swelling noted in photos mom emailed to provider.
