Symptom narrative

Patient was so weak that he ended up on the floor, face down and could not get up. He ended up in the hospital with atrial fibrillation and RVR at 3am 2/21/26. It took a couple days before he had the strength to roll over in bed. He was started on diltiazem infusion which transitioned to amiodarone infusion. He clinically improved and rate control was achieved. Patient consulted chat gpt to see if getting these vaccinations together would have caused this. It said it is possible but uncommon. However, he believes this was the cause.
